14 to 16 federal regulations will allow student to work 18 hours, but most will not. 16 to 18 students can work 40 hours under work experience for low wages. 18 to 22 spent attending traditional college and working summers or sometimes part time low paying job.
The 1999 US Census states on the average a person with a BS degree will earn
a little over $20,000 per year more than a person with a high school diploma.

Complete High School and college prerequisites. Get BS degree from Regionally Accredited University.

Earn $60,000 to $75,000 dollars.
