High school and college at the same time

 


Step 1
Enroll in a home school high school.

Step 1
Enroll in a home school high school that allows dual high school and college progress

Step 2
Select the courses required to complete high school figuring double credit for college level credits. College level credits are acquired by passing the CLEP or DANTES tests.

Step 3
Sign up for a free membership in the National Education Alliance. Pick courses to complete high school getting discounts with Home Base College coupons for iStudySmart.com savings use the following codes to get your savings.

Step 4
Prepare for the CLEP or DANTES test with iStudySmart study questions, reading text book, reasoning out the answers to the questions and recording your answers. Use the repetition of the final exam to reinforce the facts and concepts of the subject.

Step 5
Find a CLEP or DANTES testing center near you and complete the tests.

Step 6
Complete and pass required CLEP or DANTES tests and take results to independent study program or school to get high school credit. The college level credits will be banked with The College Board to be converted to college credits with the college of your choice.

Step 7
Congratulations! You've completed high school and college at the same time.

Step 8
Once you have your high school diploma contact the National Education Alliance. For a small fee which is discounted by your membership, they will analyze your personal criteria and preferences with over 380 Regionally Accredited colleges.

Step 9
Choose one of the 4 institutions which the National Education Alliance has analyzed to be the top choices meeting your criteria. The National Education Alliance will than submit your application. They will also give you a list of additional courses that can be tested out.

Step 10
After your application is accepted, test out of the additional courses allowed and complete any additional courses online or in person (if that was part of your criteria) and receive your 2 or 4 year degree. Testing out will be accomplished through the studying for CLEP or DANTES tests with the iStudySmart.com program.
